About Duplo 150FR Booklet Maker
The 150Fr Digital Booklet System includes either a DFC-100 or DFC-120 collator and DBM-150 Booklet Maker. This is Duplo’s most cost-effective solution, designed for low to mid volume production including quick printers, copy shops, schools, universities, and churches.
The DFC-100 and DFC-120 are vertically arranged collators available in 10 or 12 station configurations with an output speed of up to 4,200 sets per hour.
The 150FR system is capable of sheet sizes from 148mm x 210mm to 320mm x 450mm and paper weights from 64gsm to 128gsm. Providing reliable paper handling, the 3 friction feed wheels ensure maximum contact with the paper for flawless and consistent delivery. It can feed bond, NCR, light card, folded sheets, and even certain coated stocks. The separator pressure and tray pressure on each bin can be individually controlled. The 150 booklet maker and trimmer features a helpful control panel, making it easy to use and setup within in four simple steps.
