The Revo T14 is another brand new development by Lami Corporation of Japan and offers a compact, heavy duty, versatile, desktop or free standing, fully automated laminating machine aimed at the Digital Print, Copy Shop, University and On Demand Print markets. As with the smaller Revo Office the Auto Atlas 14T automates the laminating process to replace the laborious task of Pouch Laminating but with some significant differences and advantages including production speeds and the ability to link to a dedicated die cutting Lami Cutter online.
The Revo T14’s ingenious design incorporates a highly reliable, high speed automatic feed system with both twin Pre-Heat Rollers and fully heated silicone rollers to quickly laminate extremely resilient glossy, matt, soft touch or anti-scratch film that protect the media from water damage, scuffing and ultra violet light damage whilst also enhancing the products appearance. An integrated cross cutting blade at the rear of the machine accurately cuts each finished sheet to deliver a fully laminated sheet with uniform border on to the delivery tray without the need for an operator.
Further to this the Revo T14 cross cutter can be deactivated which allows the T14 to laminate in one continuous stream which can then be fed into the Lami Cutter to die cut shapes and patterns automatically fully inline without an operator. When paired with the Lami Cutter the possibilities are endless and unique one off shapes and designs can be achieved in minutes, opening up brand new avenues to market for special bespoke applications.

Adding the optional Lami Cutter to the package makes the operators work even easier, sheets up to SRA3 can be automatically fed, laminated and then cut in to shapes all in a single pass and without any operator intervention. The combined machinery is compact and silent allowing it to run on its own whilst you concentrate on other tasks such as designing unique products for the Hot-Cut-Lam to produce. A totally unique product which can automate not only the lamination process but also the cutting and die cutting process. The cutter can also be used as a stand-alone device to create bespoke finishes on items such as vinyls or card materials that do not require lamination, just imagine what can be produced!
